HomePrice Hong Kong Property Valuation Data API Service V2 (New)

For business interested in our Hong Kong property valuation data, we offer a standard API service for accessing all of our available valuation data.

The pricing and detail are as follow:

Query rate limits Maximum 10,000 HTTP requests per day and 10 HTTP requests per minute Maximum 30,000 HTTP requests per day and 30 HTTP requests per minute
API Service Request via standard HTTP GET request, Response in JSON format. See technical details.
Available Data
  • Estate names and locations (district and regions) in Chinese and English
  • Building names and phase (if any) in Chinese and English
  • Units floor and name and current valuation

All data available from the Standard 002 plan plus:

  • Unit saleable area in feet
  • Unit valuation historical trend
Estate Coverage The new V2 API comes with 3000+ residential estates / buildings, please contact us for the complete list of available estates. The follow types of resident are usually exlcuded: detached house (獨立屋), village house (村屋), tenement building (唐樓), buildings without name, building with very few units or transactions.
Valuation Accuracy Median estimation error: 3.75% Note 1 (2022-05-03 to 2022-06-28)
Update Frequency Everyday after new transaction data are published.

  1. Median estimation error (MEE): Estimation Error = |Homeprice Valuation Price - Actual Transaction Price| / Actual Transaction Price x 100%. The Median estimation error is the median of the estimation error of all transactions on the review date. For instance, if MEE is 4%, that means half of our valuation had an error of less than 4%.
