Homeprice valuation system utilizes state-of-the-art Hierarchical Bayesian statistical modeling, published in 2010 issue of International Real Estate Review, to provide valuations for over one million residential real estate units in Hong Kong, updated on a daily basis. The input to our system consists of more than ten years of public real estate transaction records, together with the most updated daily transaction information from the Land Registry.
